A luxuriously appointed and tastefully furnished 2 bedroom, two bathroom apartment with the sea in the foreground and the lush rolling hills as the back dro p. This resort condominium has the range of resort facilities in the one complex: SWIMMING POOL, TENNIS all in an extensively landscaped and secure environment. IF THIS UNIT IS BOOKED AT THE TIME YOU REQUIRE A UNIT EMAIL ME AS WE HAVE OTHER UNITS IN SRI SAYANG THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE.

Apartment facilities
The unit is fully air-conditioned and ceiling fans are also installed, although the sea breezes on offer may limit your wanting to use them. The unit is very tastefully and fully furnished just bring your beach towels! Satellite TV is installed with channels including BBC, CNN plus many others should you wish to catch up with what is happening in the outside world. All the necessary appliances have been installed in the kitchen. There is a fully automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer available for your use. There is a convenience store that stocks the basics in the complex. Restaurants and the famous Batu ferringhi nightmarket are at your door step. The unit is fully kitted out with linen and all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items (although you may wish to dine out regularly as Penang is well known for the diverse range of delicious and very reasonably priced hawker fare on offer).

Excellent apartment and Susie is really helpful Restaurant on site very good quality, value for money is good at RM 19.90 all you can eat, of course you can eat less expensively from Hawker stalls. Rasa Sayang Hotel across the road makes a mean Mai Tai at the beach bar and jets skis etc are also available and not over the top price wise, about RM 150 for half hour and no boat licence required (Australians will love that) Highly recommend this place for a relaxing week. Others have stayed for up to 6 weeks so that also provides a good endorsement. "
