House Details
The house is situated in a very nice and leafy development close to the Elephant Village and just a short drive to the beach or town (5 mins). The complex itself provides amenities such as a small restaurant and bar and a large communal pool.
The house itself is very impressive with its own private 7x4 metre pool (yes bigger than a plunge pool) and garden. There are two entrances, one for each floor, which enables privacy among your party if you are holidaying with friends or family. For a smaller party, you can rent just one floor, the ground if youd like to be next to the pool or the upper to get the breeze and mountain views.
Each floor is identical and has been designed in an open plan manner to open up to the balcony or terrace. The sitting room flows into the dining room and kitchen. The furniture has been purchased to complement the Spanish airy feel to the house, hence white is used throughout, which contrasts with the terracotta floors nicely.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms all contain brand new beds with good quality mattresses. Of equal quality is the bedding we feel that sleep is one of the most important things on holiday and so the bedroom furniture should be comparable to any 5-star hotel. All bedrooms include air-conditioning, essential for those who are not used to the Thai heat.
Bathrooms are large and clean including a toilet, sink and large shower. The kitchen on each floor includes necessary cutlery, etc. for a holiday let including a washing machine on the ground floor.
