The unit is fully air-conditioned, although the sea breezes on offer may limit your wanting to use them. The unit is very tastefully and fully furnished just bring your beach towels! Satellite TV is installed with channels including BBC, CNN plus many others should you wish to catch up with what is happening in the outside world.

All the necessary appliances have been installed in the kitchen. There is a fully automatic washing machine available for your use. There is a well stocked convenience store in the complex. Restaurants and the famous Batu Ferringhi night-market are at your door step. The unit is fully kitted out with linen and all the necessary crockery and cutlery, kitchen cooking items (although you may wish to dine out regularly as Penang is well known for the diverse range of delicious and very reasonably priced hawker fare on offer).
